Each etc Mercantile collection is thoughtfully gathered and prepared after purchase. Because every collection is individually curated, processing times may vary slightly.
Processing Time
Please allow 7–10 business days for your collection to be carefully assembled and packed before shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on the destination and package requirements.
Shipping times will vary depending on location and carrier service.
Please note that once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, etc Mercantile is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
Vintage & One-of-a-Kind Items
etc Mercantile specializes in vintage and thoughtfully sourced pieces. Because of their history and character, items may show subtle signs of age, wear or variation. These qualities are considered part of the charm and uniqueness of vintage objects.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@etcmercantile.com.

Photos of the packaging and shipping box
We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the curated and one-of-a-kind nature of each collection, all sales are final once shipped.
Each box is thoughtfully gathered based on availability, character and aesthetic compatibility. Because collections are curated individually, specific item requests cannot be guaranteed and returns or exchanges for preference-based reasons cannot be accepted.
